We believe in “Every action is an opportunity to improve”.If you are not satisfied with our company services or product, you have a right to file complaint with internal complaint board with the reason. We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and will set an investigation for the same accordingly. We have trained and skilled team to resolve promptly and thoroughly your complaints within 24-48 business days.
Instead of filing the complaint outside the board and following lengthy procedures, we request you to give us an opportunity to serve you in better way and get the resolution for you on time and without delay. Customer Services- Complaint against Advisor or account manager, Was rude, not helpful, unprofessional behavior
No follow up-No call from account manager, No call on time if call back promised
Fees/ Charges- Was not aware about the charges/fees, Why the fees/charges so high? Why are you charging the fees/ charges?
Incorrect Information- Fees/ TAT/ Procedure, Repayment
Did not receive and communication.
Funding – Did not receive funds within TAT given, Received incorrect amount, received money in wrong bank account
Missing cheque- Missed the cheque, torn, ripped, stale cheque
